EVBINOS AI Receptionist

Your business’s AI receptionist.

A chat on your website that answers visitors’ questions from the information you give it — services, prices, opening hours. It points visitors to the right service, passes contact requests to you as leads and tells you which questions it could not answer. Day and night.

  • Answers only from your own information
  • Contact requests reach you as leads
  • Greek, German and English

The chat button in the corner of this page is the EVBINOS AI Receptionist itself.

How it works

From your information to a receptionist on your website.

Four steps in the AI Receptionist application — no programming.

  1. Add your knowledge

Upload PDF, DOCX and TXT files, paste text or write FAQs: price lists, services, opening hours, terms.

  2. Set up your receptionist

Choose a name, tone, languages, greeting and rules, and decide when contact details are requested.

  3. Add it to your website

Copy one line of code into your website — or ask your web agency to do it.

  4. Improve it with knowledge gaps

Questions it could not answer are collected for you. Answer one once and it is covered from then on.

In practice

What a conversation looks like.

An example for a business that has added its opening hours. The receptionist answers from that information and hands over what it does not know.

Example conversation
  1. Visitor: Are you open on Saturdays?
  2. Receptionist: Yes, on Saturdays we are open from 9:00 to 13:00. Would you like us to contact you to arrange a time?
  3. Visitor: Yes, please.
  4. Contact form: name, email or phone, optional message
  5. Visitor: Are you also open on Sundays in December?
  6. Receptionist: I don’t have reliable information about that yet. Shall I forward your question to the team?

Illustrative example with invented business information.

What you get from it

  1. An answer from your information

The opening hours were in the knowledge you added. The receptionist does not make up times, prices or promises.

  2. A lead for your team

The visitor’s name and contact details are saved as a lead together with the conversation, ready for your follow-up.

  3. A knowledge gap to close

The question about December Sundays appears in your knowledge gaps. Add the answer once and the next visitor gets it.

On your website

What your visitors see.

The chat stays out of the way until someone needs it.

  • A chat button in the corner

A small round button in the bottom corner of each page with the widget. Its colour and side (left or right) follow your settings.

  • The chat opens on click

The chat window only loads when a visitor clicks the button. On phones it opens full screen.

  • Your greeting, then their question

Visitors are welcomed with your greeting and can type straight away — no account, no app.

  • Contact details only if they choose

Name, email or phone are only sent when a visitor fills in the contact form in the chat; an email address or phone number is required there.

  • The conversation continues

If a visitor comes back in the same browser, the earlier conversation is shown again.

  • A clear handoff

When the receptionist cannot answer, it says so and offers to forward the request to your team.

What you control

You decide what it knows and how it answers.

Everything is set in the AI Receptionist application, and you can change it at any time.

Honest answers

Honest, not invented.

The receptionist only mentions prices, times, services and terms that are in your knowledge. If information is missing, it says so and offers to forward the request to your team.

  • No invented prices, discounts or delivery times
  • No promises about appointments it does not know about
  • A clear handoff to your team

FAQ

Questions about the EVBINOS AI Receptionist

Do I need technical skills?

No. You upload files, fill in forms and copy one line of code into your website — or ask your web agency to do it.

Do my visitors need an account?

No. They open the chat on your website and type. Contact details are only sent if they fill in the contact form in the chat.

What happens when the receptionist does not know something?

It says so openly, offers to forward the request to your team and records the question as a knowledge gap you can answer.

Which languages are supported?

Greek, German and English — for the admin interface and for the replies to visitors.

What does a “standard AI reply” mean?

A typical reply to a visitor’s question. The reply volumes of the plans are indicative: actual usage depends on how long and how complex the conversations are.

What happens when my plan’s limit is reached?

You are notified and can upgrade to a larger plan, without changing your receptionist or setup. There are no automatic overage charges.

How do I get started?

Create your receptionist in the application, add your knowledge and test it. You choose your plan in the application.

Can it answer phone calls?

Not yet. Phone and voice are planned; the receptionist is built so it can later use the same knowledge on the phone.
